The apartment has three beautifully spacious rooms and can accommodate 6 guests in ideal conditions which make this apartment a unique and privileged pied à terre in the heart of Bordeaux.

The master bedroom has a 160cm bed, a large closet and an independent WC as well as a magnificent bathroom with a tub, two basins and a splendid Italian shower. It has a charming and soothing view over the rooftops of Bordeaux.

The second bedroom has a 160cm bed and the third bedroom has a 140cm bed. Both these bedrooms share the second bathroom of the apartment which has an American shower.

The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player as well as an iPhone dock station. There is an iPad connected to internet in the apartment for the guests as well as WIFI internet access throughout the apartment. The telephone has free national and international calls.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, oven, a vapor-oven, induction hob, cooker hood, microwave oven, Nespresso machine (a Nespresso boutique is situated right at the ground floor of the building), a Bodum french press coffee maker, a boiler, a toaster and all the necessary utensils to cook, eat and invite friends to the apartment.

The apartment is situated in a very beautiful 18th century stone building of four stories upon the Cour de l'Intendance. This neighborhood is called the Triangle d'Or and is the most greatly prized neighborhood of Bordeaux. The Place Gambetta and its boutiques are only 50 meters away. The luxury boutiques of the Grands Hommes right across, the Jardin Public and the banks of the Garonne are a 5 minute walk away. The Grand Theatre is nearby … you are in the heart of the city!

Unlike the city center, the Cours de l'Intendance and its surroundings are principally pedestrian, therefore it is easy to get around walking or renting a bike near the apartment. There is also the Tramway, buses and the Vcub (bike rentals).

We are a Paris based company but Pierre your contact for the house is a native from Bordeaux and lives there. Alex is French having lived in both France and the United States. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for anything you need! You will be given the phone numbers of Pierre and Alex and encouraged to call us! We will happily help you explore your neighborhoods and visit all of the wonderful spots that may be overlooked by an uninformed visitor.
  We offer all our guests a highly personalized service, will always respond quickly to your emails and have an easy-to-use booking process perfected since 1995 with our Paris site. It is always a good idea to contact us personally as sometimes we have less than one week available and can then offer you a price lower than the weekly rate.  On reserving our house we will send you lots of detailed information about Bordeaux, your local neighborhood and advice on transportation to the house from the airport or train station, so you can feel totally at ease.
  Upon arrival, guests will be given a complete tour of the house and our detailed Survival Guide to Bordeaux which includes:
